How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the information on how to track your parcel.
What are your delivery options?
All orders will be processed the same day and shipped on the same or next working days of receipt of order.
How do I return an item?
If you do not love your purchase or the item is faulty and you wish to return it please contact us and we will advise it you with further instructions.
Do you exchange sale items?
We do not exchange on sale items. All Sale items are final.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you are unhappy with the size or fit of your item, please inform us immediately by email at email@example.com and return the item to the address given in the email within 14 working days of the date of purchase.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.
What is your returns policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery to your address (not order date).
If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, your item has found it's forever home and we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, even if the product is deemed faulty. Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All costs incurred for the return of the item are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage customers to return it to us with a service that includes tracking, as lost parcels are not the responsibility of Caracal Collection.
Take care returning fragile items - damaged during transit will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
